1. Refund Policy
At GoTEFL, we are committed to providing high-quality TEFL education. However, if you need to request a refund, our policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided that less than 10% of the course has been completed. -
Non-Refundable Circumstances:

If more than 10% of the course has been accessed or completed.

If the student has downloaded substantial course content.

GoTEFL is not liable for personal career outcomes or job placements after course completion, although we offer career guidance support.
