📜 GoTEFL Policies and Terms

1. Refund Policy

At GoTEFL, we are committed to providing high-quality TEFL education. However, if you need to request a refund, our policy is as follows:

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided that less than 10% of the course has been completed.

  • Non-Refundable Circumstances:

    • If more than 10% of the course has been accessed or completed.

    • If the student has downloaded substantial course content.

    • If 7 days have passed since purchase.

  • How to Request a Refund:
    Email us at admin@gotefl.com with your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for requesting a refund

  • Processing Time:
    Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original method of payment.

📌 Note: Once 10% of a course has been completed, no refunds can be granted.

2. Privacy Policy

GoTEFL values and protects your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  • Data Collection:
    We collect your name, email address, enrollment information, assessment submissions, and course progress.

  • Purpose of Data Use:

    • To provide access to your TEFL course(s)

    • To issue certificates upon completion

    • To offer support services

    • To send occasional course updates (you can opt out anytime)

  • Data Storage:
    Your data is securely stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by authorized staff.

  • Sharing of Information:
    We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where legally required.

  • Your Rights (GDPR Compliance):

    • You can request access to your data.

    • You can request correction or deletion of your data.

    • You can opt out of marketing communications.

3. Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in a GoTEFL course, you agree to the following:

  • Use of Courses:
    Courses are for personal educational use only. Course materials cannot be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.

  • Certification:
    To receive a certificate, students must:

    • Complete all required modules

    • Achieve a minimum 80% passing grade on assignments

  • User Responsibility:
    Students are responsible for ensuring they meet visa or employer requirements with the provided certification.

  • Changes to Courses:
    GoTEFL reserves the right to update or modify course content to maintain quality without prior notice.

  • Limitation of Liability:
    GoTEFL is not liable for personal career outcomes or job placements after course completion, although we offer career guidance support.
